I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, situated on the main lagoon just a short water taxi ride away from the main attractions. It was a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to easily reach all the sights. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
Although the hotel was beautiful and provided great services, I did find that the staff in the restaurant seemed a bit disinterested in the guests. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at this venue.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including freshly made pancakes and gluten-free items. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
One downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which could be problematic during hot summer months.

I recently stayed in a hotel for thanksgiving and it was amazing! The breakfast had a wide variety of foods and there were unlimited options. The room had a great view and it was in a prime location, it was so easy to explore and go sightseeing.
The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Also, there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a great addition.
